I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right by the creek with friendly mallards around, and walking distance to the stores. The family-run establishment is a bit hard to find but totally worth it. The rooms are cozy and cleanliness is top-notch, with a great value for money overall.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic, nestled right by a soothing stream and conveniently close to all the shops in Gatlinburg as well as the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains park. The family-run charm adds a cozy touch, although finding the place initially might be a bit tricky. The rooms are comfy with modern amenities, but the dining experience could have offered more variety. Despite minor drawbacks, the value for money is excellent.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect with a beautiful stream right beside it, and being nestled in the mountains made it even more special. While the housekeeping service was impeccable, the dining options were limited to pre-packaged products. The vintage sign by the creek added a charming touch to the whole experience.
